Dreams do come true!
It was #tbt (throw back Thursday) in social media land yesterday and I came across the photo below, from back in October. I had first shared it on Facebook when I began JBird Fitness in my basement with my iPhone as the camera and a $70 studio lighting kit I had found on Amazon.
I KNOW fitness but camera experience, I had NONE! But something kept telling me I could do this. In fact, something told me I needed to do this. So, I trusted my gut and I went for it.
Amazing what a dream can bring, if you just go for it! I'm so excited for what has already been accomplished with JBird and even more excited to see what is to come. Do you have fitness goals & dream? I'd LOVE to help you make it happen.

Family Fitness Day
I am a big advocate on getting time away and being able to do a workout kids-free, whenever possible. But sometimes it's not possible and I'm realizing working out with them can be just as rewarding.
Not going to lie, it's never the sweat dripping or intense driven workout I sometimes like to get, but watching them move & share fitness with me is a happy, silly time, I will one day miss.

LIVE Workouts EVERY WEDNESDAY!
The LIVE workout feature of JBird Fitness is my FAVORITE part of the website and your membership. When I decided I wanted to go virtual in my career, I thought filming videos and selling them online was the only option. But then I discovered the possibilities of creating a membership based site, where I could teach LIVE classes and I was blown away. I have loved teaching fitness for 20 yrs now and I feel so lucky to be able to continue doing what I am passionate about on a Global level.

How-to Guide to JBird Fitness
Hello there,
I received a GREAT question by one of your fellow members and I wanted to forward you a little cheat sheet, I sent her, on how to utilize JBird Fitness in an easy & FUN way.
Debra's question was:
"What would you suggest to make it a full class workout like the ones you taught at Equinox? Is there a pattern of videos you'd recommend in a particular order?"
FABULOUS question, Debra! Thanks for asking :)
My Answer:
When you click the "WORKOUT" page on the website, the list of videos available will pop up.
At the very top, are the newly released videos for the month. As the month goes by, the videos will all have the same Title (ex: Barre Redefined) but the subtitles (Cardio, Legs, etc...) are different. The videos all with the same Title compliment one another and, at the end of the month, they create a Workout Collection (full 45-60 minute complete workout).
At the end of the month, those videos are then put into the Video Library (in the lower half of the "workout" page)
I wanted everyone from the get-go to have full length workouts available. So, I put 2 complete workouts in the Video Library for the launch.
The complete workouts Total Body Strength & Get Moving are ready to go. I suggest doing them from top to bottom as listed on the site.
To make it SUPER easy to do a Workout Collection, simple click on a "magenta" Title (ex: Total Body Strength) and all the videos will pop-up on one page together in the sequential order I suggest.
You are also welcome to do them in a different order or Mix n Match with another collection, depending on your wants/needs.
