Is anyone else feeling the stress of the holidays coming? I am feeling it big time. I didn't sleep all night last night and I nearly lost my mind on a FB LIVE broadcast I did this afternoon. My body and my mind are telling me something. I wasn't listening but now I am. I am going to do Child's Pose for 7 mins before bed tonight to try an quiet my mind. Seriously! It's worked before, so I'm going to try it again. If you are feeling this season's madness already, do this pose whenever you are feeling overwhelmed or sleepless.
