How can we keep working out with you?
4 years ago when I left NYC, I didn’t have an answer for that. I just said “Let’s stay in touch. You never know. I may make a video some day.”
JBird wasn’t even a thing yet.
Of course, if you live in the Bucks County area I want you to come take class with me at Coalesce Dance Center (info below). But as I said last week, I know change can be a little rocky & you may have other commitments you need to ride out.
Good news! Unlike before, I have a solution.

With that said, this week's focus is yoga-inspired and capping off the month of October with the Kick It!: Yoga Strength workout video.
There are so many different approaches to yoga. Some are gentle, some flow, and others work on a very specific sequence every time you practice.
Regardless of which one appeals to you, this is a really great time of the year to add or get back into a yoga practice.

It's about to get a little CRAZY with the holiday season fast approaching and...
Reminding yourself how to breathe, relax and enjoy the present moment will only bring you more joy during these last few months of 2019.

What's Happening with JBird Fitness
JBird Fitness Classes
The first session of JBird classes began last week, but don't fret. If you didn't sign up for the session, drop-in rates are available and I would love to see your beautiful face in class.
There are 3 more weeks of 9:30am Tuesday morning classes at Coalesce Dance Center in Buckingham, PA.
