If you're home with the kids or are working remotely, this is a great opportunity to sprinkle movement throughout your day or have the anytime workout option you need right now.

There are 20 full one hour workouts, segmented into 15 minute routines for a mix n match option & the ability to customize your workouts.

2. The 14-Day Fitness Challenge & Workout Program*
If you feel uncertain about navigating your own exercise schedule or just looking to be more connected to other JBird peeps, the Challenge & Program options on JBirdFitness.com are for you.

The 14 Day Challenge will start tomorrow and is a no-brainer. Everyday a new 15 minute workout video will be posted.

Complete the routine, leave a comment under the video & chat about it on our Facebook Community page with others doing the challenge too. Accountability in a simple FUN way!

The Workout Programs allow you to dive a little deeper and follow a pre-planned workout schedule with routines ranging from 15 minutes to 60 minutes.

They are designed to work your whole body from head to toe, in a multitude of ways. Keeping both your body & mind in a happy place.

3. Our LIVE Workouts
Join our JBird Fitness Community Facebook page and workout with me LIVE on Wednesdays & Saturdays at 9:00am.

I will be teaching my Transform class (aka Barre Fusion) via LIVE streaming, directly to your own home.

I opened the studio doors on Thursday...everyone was talking about it.

I turn on the tv…broadcast banners flashing updates.

I scroll through my social media…more about this pandemic.

And you know what? It’s okay. It’s all good.

Everyone needs to know what is happen, everyone needs to stay informed, everyone needs to stay connected, talk it out and rely on our community to get through these days ahead.

So what are we going to do here at JBird Fitness...

Keep Moving!
Keep moving to continue strengthen our bodies.
Keep moving to take time away from the intensity surrounding us.
Keep moving to stay connected to one another.

Keep moving to do our part in emitting positive vibes out into the 🌎 

It may seems frivolous to “just exercise” right now. But when we workout together, we are doing so much more.

We are strengthening our community.
We are take charge of our own health.
We are showing young people how important it is to take care of yourself.
We are cultivating positivity & sharing it with those around us.
