Is anyone else having trouble staying committed to working out this season? Me too! No joke! 
So this is what we are going to do. Every weekday morning in December at 7am EST, I am going to teach two 15 min. JBird workouts in a row. If you can only do 15 that's better than nothing, if you have time for the whole 30 GREAT!

Either way, You & I are going to stay on track this month, feel great through this holiday season and ring in the New Year already on top!
