So last week I, yet again, read a "fashion" article telling me that wearing my hairband on my wrist is a BIG no-no and you know what...
I am revolting!
I am sick of style magazines telling women across the globe this is a major faux pas and must be stopped.
Truth: I feel like Wonder Women when I have these hairbands on, ready for action and willing to take on any task that comes my way.
Besides, without them, I would feel naked.
They make a statement to the world, saying:
I am prepared.
I am willing to pull my hair back at any moment and get my hands dirty.
I am a women on a mission, ready to conquer the world.
If they think by putting me down, saying I am not cool because I have a hairband on my wrist, is going to stop me, well then, they haven't seen me in full action!
Bring it fashion magazines. Whether my hair is up or down, I'll out run you, dance circles around you and whip your butt into shape anytime any day!
Ok...rant over, getting back to work and being a mom.
