Cardio Moves Workout

A quick Cardio Moves Workout, The ULTIMATE way to PLAY!

1. "Wake Up"
- Start with feet wide, reach to the sky, then melt downward to the floor. Roll back up to start and finish with 4 hip circles on the right. Repeat on the left & keep alternating for 60 seconds.

2. "Dig Deep" - Angle your body to face the corner of the room. Forward knee bent, back heel up. Bring your back knee toward your chest 4 times, naturally moving your arms. Then switch to the other side. Keep repeating 4 on one side, 4 on the other with power & energy for 60 seconds.

3. "Get Low" - Feet wide, toes turned slightly outward. Squat to sit low, then shift your body to the right & lengthen the legs to go high. Get down & center again to then shift to the left. Alternate from side to side, making sure to create big movements from high to low for 60 seconds.

4. "Twist & Shout" - Begin with your feet together, toes pointing on a diagonal. Lightly hop/jump the feet to the opposed diagonal. Keep hopping side to side and then add the arms & upper body to twist in the opposite direction (low, middle, high) and continue for a total of 60 seconds.

Do all 4 moves, then repeat 2 more rounds to have a complete 15 minute Cardio Moves workout.
